However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.
Our Policy Overview
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Some items are non-returnable (see below).
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our facility.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive the item.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement will depend on your card issuer’s or PayPal’s policies.
Exchanges will be processed for shipping once the returned item is received and approved.
Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- Adhesives & Finishing Products (e.g., epoxies, color preservers)
- Cork Rings
- Cord & Shrink Tubing (if cut or opened)
- Color Treated components
- Any used, damaged, or altered merchandise
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
